A Home of Hope – Rebuilding lives under Project Sashakt Naari
On April 15, 2025, the Oleevia Foundation proudly completed and handed over a new home to Ms. Sumathy under Project Sashakt Naari. Living with her two daughters and ailing husband, she had endured life in a shabby, muddy house that was destroyed during the torrential rains of 2024. This new home symbolizes security, strength, and a new beginning—built not just with bricks, but with compassion, resilience, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
Moved by her situation, Oleevia Group Chairman and Managing Director Krishnakumar K. T. sanctioned a cheque of ₹1 lakh for the construction—without a second thought or delay. This generous act demonstrated Oleevia Foundation’s unwavering commitment to women-led families in distress and disaster recovery. On completion, Krishnakumar Sir himself inaugurated the new home, marking a deeply emotional and proud moment for the entire team and the grateful family. It truly reflected the heart of our mission.
The construction process was carried out under the insightful guidance of CEO Ajitkumar Varma and Advisor Ramakrishnan T. H., whose leadership ensured quality, transparency, and speed. Our dedicated team overcame all logistical hurdles and completed the house in record time— demonstrating what thoughtful collaboration and strong values can achieve. This success is a shining example of what’s possible when an organization works with unity, discipline, and a deep-rooted passion for social justice. With tears gently rolling down her cheeks, Ms. Sumathy expressed, “We haven’t slept this peacefully or felt this safe in years.” Her words resonated deeply with every member of our team. For years, her family had endured sleepless nights in fear and discomfort, but today, they sleep with dignity and security. Her gratitude wasn’t just for the structure, but for the love, respect, and hope it carried. This moment reminded us that our work goes far beyond projects and cheques—it touches lives, heals wounds, and restores faith. It's stories like hers that breathe life into Oleevia Foundation’s mission.
