Mr. Krishnakumar K T

Managing Director

Multitalented Philanthropist and a Strong Communicator, Mr Krishnakumar is having more than 16 years of Professional Experience in the Banking & Financial Services Sector. He has been part of the Middle & Senior Management roles of India's Leading Banks & NBFCs. He is having MBA and Master’s in social works. He was heading the Gold Loan Portfolio of ESAF Small Finance Bank.

Mr. Ajitkumar Varma

Chief Executive Officer

Ajitkumar Varma is a former career diplomat and a criminologist who represented our great nation in different parts of the world for many decades. He played a great role in ensuring the protection of National Security of this country and strengthening the bilateral relations. He has been able to make unique and remarkable contributions in various field ranging from strategic policy making to general administrations of the Government of India and the United Nations. He worked for the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), an autonomous body Under the Ministry of External Affairs, to uphold the high values of Indian diplomacy through cultural dialogues. He has also served as Program Director at the Nehru Centre, London an office of ICCR. He has investigated several cases of police brutality, torture and custodial violations including murders and submitted several inquiries reports to former Chief Justice Dr K Narayana Kurup, Chairman State Police Complaints Authority, Kerala. He has also received the prestigious title of "All India Best Naval Cadet of the National Cadet Corps" one of the greatest fortunes in the life of every NCC cadet from the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Gautam Ramakrishnan

Chief Manager-Projects

Gautam Ramakrishnan is a psychologist, author, and social development professional with over five years of experience in community empowerment and sustainable development. As the Chief Project Manager of Oleevia Foundation, he has led the successful implementation of more than 125 social impact projects across tribal development, education, healthcare, women empowerment, environmental conservation, and livelihoods. He holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and Postgraduate Diplomas in Human Rights and Criminology & Forensic Science, enabling him to integrate psychology with grassroots development. Passionate about social justice and human dignity, he continues to inspire positive change through leadership, research, writing, and community action.

Mrs Rajathi M

Project Assistant- Tribal Development

Mrs. Rajathi M. belongs to the Irular Tribal Community from Naduppathy Village, Palakkad. A dedicated grassroots leader, she has been actively involved in community development through the local Kudumbashree unit, working closely with tribal families to promote women's empowerment, livelihood initiatives, and community participation. As Project Assistant – Tribal Development at Oleevia Foundation, she serves as a vital link between the Foundation and the tribal community, supporting the planning and implementation of sustainable development initiatives while ensuring that the voices and aspirations of her community are effectively represented.

Mrs Aiswarya M

Office Assistant

Mrs. Aiswarya M. is a dedicated administrative professional with extensive experience in office management and organisational support. Her commitment to efficiency, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the Foundation's day-to-day operations. As Office Assistant at Oleevia Foundation, she provides essential administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination, effective documentation, and operational excellence, enabling the organisation to deliver impactful community development initiatives with professionalism and efficiency.

Neethu Sujeesh

Public Relation Officer

Neethu Sujeesh is a dynamic communications professional serving as the Public Relations Officer of Oleevia Foundation, where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Foundation's public image and stakeholder engagement. With a passion for meaningful communication and community outreach, she effectively bridges the gap between the Foundation, government agencies, corporate partners, media, and the public. Her expertise in strategic communication, brand representation, and relationship management has significantly enhanced the visibility and impact of the Foundation's initiatives. Committed to promoting transparency, collaboration, and social impact, Neethu continues to amplify the Foundation's mission, inspiring partnerships that drive sustainable community development and positive social change.
